Build new routes with TrailRunner
If you run several times a week you have two or three routes you follow over and over. The same applies to cycling or other endurance sports. This is good in part because it allows you to see your progress over time and because you can plan how hard you want your training session to be. If you’re like me, though, you need to change from time to time. TrailRunner, a Mac software for route planning, might be what you need:

TrailRunner has some very nice features:
- Route creation and distance calculation
- Workout planning
- Import GPS tracks
- Elevation profiles
- iTunes and iPod integration
- Download tracks from Garmin Forerunner
or Garmin Edge
- GoogleEarth integration
- and many more
See it for yourself at TrailRunner’s website.
